You will:

You have:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing apps for iOS or Mac.
  • Disciplined approach to writing tests and quality assurance.
  • Experience designing and developing client applications in C++ or Objective-C.

You will:

You have:

  • Experience designing and developing client applications in Java.

You will:

  • Write code in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Implement new features and optimize existing ones from front-end to back-end.
  • Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from product management and interaction designers.
  • Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems.
  • Pro-actively look for ways to make Moka better.


You have:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to create UI elements with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in writing server-side application logic in Ruby on Rails.
  • Solid understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, cookies, headers, asset loading / caching).
  • Disciplined approach to writing tests and quality assurance.
  • Understanding of CS concepts such as common data structures and algorithms, or profiling/optimization.

You will:

  • Lead/contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems in testing and automation.
  • Design and build advanced automated testing frameworks.
  • Design and build tooling and infrastructure to help engineering teams measure and increase their velocity.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
  • Analyze and decompose complex software systems and collaborate with and influence others to improve the overall design.


You have:
  • BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant internship or work experience, including development and/or test automation experience.
  • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, Objective-C, Ruby, or JavaScript.

You will:

  • Design, write and deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of Moka's services.
  • Solve problems relating to mission critical services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence.
  • Influence and create new designs, architectures, standards and methods for large-scale distributed systems.
  • Engage in service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis and system tuning.
  • Conduct periodic on call duties.


You have:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis and software design.
  • Experience in one or more of: Bash, Perl, Ruby, Java, Python, C, C++.

You will:

  • Create elegant, customer-focused design interfaces for web application and native mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product manager and engineering team.
  • Occasionally help with designing marketing materials.


You have:
  • Strong attention to detail and constant drive to learn.
  • Strong portfolio with demonstrable design skills.
  • Ability to understand how the users will want to instinctively interact with the UI.
  • Familiarity with multi-platform design across tablets, mobile devices, and web.
  • Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS preferred.
  • S1 degree or equivalent experience.

You will:

  • Build and retain network of customers
  • Maintaining contact with leads to ensure a positive view of our company

  • Prospect potential clients through personal networking
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, gain deep understanding into their business, and ultimately provide solutions for their POS goals
  • Generate a high volume of sales related activities including demo presentations and proposals
  • Educate potential clients about the strengths of the Moka product
  • Perform all aspects of selling professionally including: prospecting, approaching, presenting, handling objections, closing and follow-up
  • Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and accepting customer payments and filing the -completed orders
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the client regarding local competition and product/service needs
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue quota assignment


You have:
  • BA/BS degree required, ideally in Marketing, Business, Economics or Communications.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and organization skills
  • Demonstrates clear and professional written and oral communication skills
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality

You will:

  • Generate leads from various sources, such as online directories, referrals, etc.
  • Call leads to schedule demo appointments with owners or other decision makers
  • Perform data entry and manage an organized database of leads
  • Have a solid understanding of Moka's product and features
  • Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team


You have:
  • Work experience in telemarketing, sales, or other related functions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Self-motivation to achieve set targets and goals

You will:

  • Deliver best-in-class support service to Moka customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries over the phone and assign unresolved tickets to on-site customer support
  • Schedule set-ups with customer and assign tickets to on-site technicians
  • Keep up-to-date on Moka's product offerings and the latest technology in order to provide relevant solutions to help our customers
  • Represent Moka’s brand by appearing professional in front of clients
  • Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by meeting strict KPI (Key Performance Index) set by management


You have:
  • Work experience in call centers or other related functions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Self-motivation to achieve set targets and goals
